1Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Widgy Normil Photography™ ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through getyours.widgynormilphotography.com (the "Site"), the commissioning page for our Wedding Experience Designer service. 2What We Collect

We collect only what you choose to submit through the commissioning form:

• Contact and business details — studio name, your name, email, phone, website, Instagram handle, domain, and website platform.
• Build details — your pricing, packages, venues, copy, brand colors, personalization preferences, and any logo file you upload.
• Your package selection — which package you chose at checkout.

We never see or store your payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Square on Square's own secure, PCI-compliant checkout pages, governed by Square's Privacy Notice. We receive only confirmation of your payment and the contact details Square shares with merchants (such as your name and email).

The Site does not run analytics or advertising trackers and does not collect data about your browsing.

3How We Use It

• To produce, deliver, host, and support your commissioned build — the sole purpose of the form.
• To contact you about your order, confirm details, and provide customer service.
• To match your form submission to your Square payment (by email address).
• To maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and — where necessary — to establish or defend legal claims, including responding to payment disputes with evidence of your submission and acknowledgment of our Terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

4Who Processes It For Us

Your information is handled by a small set of service providers, strictly to operate the Site and deliver the service:

• Netlify — hosts the Site and securely stores form submissions (including logo uploads), and emails us a copy of your submission. (Netlify Privacy Policy)
• Square — processes all payments on their own checkout pages. (Square Privacy Notice)
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on the Site; your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google. (Google Privacy Policy)
• Gmail (Google) — our business email, where your submission and correspondence are received and stored.

5Retention & Security

We keep your submission and correspondence for as long as needed to deliver and support your build, maintain business and tax records, and preserve evidence relevant to our Terms (including our all-payments-final policy). Logo uploads are stored securely by Netlify and accessed via secure links.

The Site is served over HTTPS/SSL, and we limit access to your information to what is needed to fulfill your order. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to a small business handling business contact information.

6Your Choices & Rights

• You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing widgynormilphotography@gmail.com.
• Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain records for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-evidence purposes.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honor applicable rights on verified request.

7Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
